Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMNHP-BC)
Join our family at UpWell Psychiatry—a small, private, clinician-run TeleHealth Practice looking for a stellar, client-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our diverse team.
The Role & Perks
- Total Schedule Control: You dictate your appointments per week and your time.
- Patient Panel Autonomy: With our robust referral network and active marketing, you curate a panel of the patients you work best with.
- Clinical Support: Diverse team specializations, supportive environment for clinical consultations, and monthly Lunch n Learn opportunities (e.g., Chris Aiken speaking!).
- Admin & Tech Ease: Dedicated patient care coordinator for all administrative needs (PAs, patient messages, pharmacy). Easy EHR system & AI Scribe support—charting can be done during the appointment.
- UpWell Institute Access: Be part of a group that aims for excellence with CEU retreats in Mexico and ongoing teaching/fellowship activities.
- Consultation Available: Owner is a dual-trained clinical social worker available for consultation with a robust collection of clinical tools.
Requirements
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Must live in Oregon or SW Washington (due to credentialing requirements).
- Must be willing to obtain a Washington license.
Clinic Operations Manager (Office Manager)
The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of UpWell Psychiatry, ensuring efficient workflows and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling systems and ensure smooth communication across the entire care team.
- Support provider onboarding and coordination.
- Supervise and support the administrative staff.
- Support marketing and community outreach efforts, including coordinating partnerships, events, and referral relationships.
- Assist with operational projects, process improvements, and implementing systems that support the continued growth of the practice.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience is strictly required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
