Megan Sapp
PMHNP, CNM, FNP,
Director of the UpWell Institute
Megan brings over 15 years of experience as a certified and practicing Nurse Midwife. She is also a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the biological and hormonal factors that influence mental health.
She is a gifted educator who has a knack for translating research into clinical practice and has conducted trainings for organizations big and small around perinatal psychiatry.

Melinda Anello
PMHNP, PMH-C
Melinda has dedicated her life to serving the perinatal population, and currently sits on the board of Baby Blues Connection. She provides exceptional care for new parents navigating the complexities of postpartum life, as well as healthcare professionals who have experienced vicarious trauma. Her work as labor & delivery nurse has taught her to sit with others in their pain, offer words of encouragement (either softly or with exuberance), be a steady force of support, and listen to the innate, knowing needs of others.

Heidi Pollard-Hermann
PMHNP, PMH-C
Heidi brings 15+ years of experience caring for perinatal individuals. As a PMHNP, she is committed to trauma-attuned care, with particular passion for supporting people navigating birth trauma, grief and loss, substance use disorders in pregnancy, and the emotional transitions from preconception through parenthood. She serves on the board of the Oregon chapter of Postpartum Support International, reflecting her deep commitment to community connection as a key piece to collective healing.

Heather Webster
PMHNP, CNM
Heather brings over 20 years of experience across the reproductive and perinatal healthcare continuum and is dually licensed as a Certified Nurse Midwife. She has a deep understanding of the physical, social, and emotional complexities of pregnancy and the postpartum period, and specializes in preconception planning, birth trauma, depression, and anxiety.
